Texmo Solvent Joint Plumbing System for cold water conveyance up to 60°C. Made from PVC compound with specified quantity of chemical stabilisers and additives for extrusion. Manufactured as per ASTM standards. Available in SCH 40 and SCH 80, in 3 and 6 metre lengths with plain or threaded ends, in sizes up to 4". WHO accepted for water applications.

- Cut: Cut pipe square using a cutter; de-burr the cut end. Ensure clean, right-angle cuts.
- Clean: Clean and dry the pipe and fitting surfaces before jointing.
- Scrub: Scrub the OD of the pipe and ID of fitting with sandpaper and wipe clean with cloth.
- Apply Solvent Cement: Apply gently and uniformly to scrubbed fitting ID and pipe OD. Apply second coat to pipe OD. Avoid excess cement.
- Assemble: Within 20 seconds, insert pipe OD into fitting ID and give a quarter turn for uniform distribution. Hold tightly for 15 secs to 3 min depending on size.
- Cure: Allow minimum 12 hours curing per joint before pressure testing. Longer for cold temperatures.
- Pressure Test: Must be carried out before concealing pipes.

Replace metallic MS casing with horizontal CNC-machined slot openings that reduce entrance resistance. Inert uPVC material, unaffected by corrosive soil. For shallow borewells up to 80 metres. Sizes 150mm to 400mm OD. Available in plain and slotted (horizontal CNC slot) types. Trapezoidal threaded ends for easy interlocking without cement.
For medium-depth borewells 80 to 250 metres. Sizes 35mm to 400mm OD. Heavier wall for additional hydraulic pressure resistance at depth.
For deep borewells 250 to 450 metres. Sizes 100mm to 400mm OD. Maximum wall thickness for extreme depth hydraulic pressure. Available in plain and slotted types.
Ribbed Medium (RMS) and Ribbed Deep (RDS) Screen Pipes. Continuous ribs keep gravel pack 2mm away from slot openings, maximises permeability. Slot widths 0.2mm to 3mm available. Used in the filtration/aquifer zone of borewells.

Texmo HDPE Pipes are manufactured conforming to IS-4984/2016 and DIN 8074. Also available as HDPE Pressure Pipes in coil form, manufactured via co-extrusion with a highly conductive copper wire encased along the length, allowing underground pipes to be located using a hand-held duct locator. Available in 20mm to 315mm in multiple pressure classes up to 20 kg/cm².
