Finolex PVC-U casing and ribbed screen pipes are manufactured using a special Lead Free PVC-U compound, ideal for transportation of hard, salty, sandy or chemically aggressive water. Specially designed to protect water lines from soil conditions in domestic, industrial and mining wells. Better than conventional metal pipes, lightweight, corrosion free and long lasting. CNC horizontal slotting ensures strength is maintained.

For shallow borewells up to 80 metres depth. Available in plain and slotted types. Threaded ends for easy interlocking without cement or adhesives.
For medium-depth borewells 80 to 250 metres. Heavier wall thickness for additional external hydraulic pressure resistance. Available in plain and slotted types.
For deep borewells 250 to 450 metres. Maximum wall thickness for extreme depths. RDS (Ribbed Deep Screen) variant also available for filtering applications.
Continuous ribs keep gravel pack away from slot openings. CNC horizontal slotting perpendicular to pipe axis for laminar flow and strength retention. Used in filtration zones of borewells.
Ideal for shallow wells 12 to 24 metres depth. Available in plain and slotted types. Blue colour for easy identification.

Key Installation Tips
- Pump delivery pressure must be less than the selected hydrostatic allowable pressure of column pipes
- Bore well drilling must be straight down without bending
- Initial 3 metre GI/steel pipe must be connected directly to pump for heat dissipation during dry run
- Diameter of tube well must be at least 2"-2.5" more than pump diameter
- Always mount split clamp on pipe below coupler at the top
- Tighten pipes by strap wrench, 50% of rubber-sealing ring on male thread gets into coupler seat
- Do not over-tighten, may crush rubber seals causing leakage
- Do not apply grease, oil or chemical on threads, use plain or soapy water only

Rubber lubricant for easy insertion when jointing Ringfit agriculture pipes. Ensures proper sealing and extends life of rubber rings. Applied to the rubber ring and spigot end before pushing joint together.
Plumbing Range
For ASTM/uPVC plumbing pipes and fittings up to 2" (50mm). Manufactured under license from Invogue Labs Inc., New York, USA. Low VOC formulation, environmentally friendly.
For larger ASTM/uPVC plumbing pipes and fittings above 2" (50mm). Heavy bodied formula for strong, consistent joints on larger diameter pipe connections.
Yellow medium bodied CPVC solvent cement for hot & cold water plumbing applications up to 50mm. Specially formulated for CPVC pipe and fitting joints.
Orange heavy bodied CPVC solvent cement for larger diameter CPVC hot & cold water applications above 50mm. Meets ASTM F 493 standard.
Specially formulated PVC-U solvent cement for Finolex SWR Selfit drainage pipes and fittings (IS 13592 / IS 14735).
Purple primer for surface preparation of both PVC-U and CPVC pipes and fittings before applying solvent cement. Cleans and softens surfaces for stronger joints.
